When we first established Sun and Rain Works in the year 2005, we never imaged how the art business would evolve and grow. In the year 2007 we defined the 8 characteristics of Metaconceptual Art or Meta Art. Meta Art, or art about art, has grown from a simple idea into a complex framework for artistic expression. Through years of exploration and experimentation, we've discovered that Meta Art is not just about creating art that references other art – it's about understanding the very nature of artistic expression itself.

Our journey began with simple questions: What makes art, art ? How does art communicate with its audience ? These fundamental inquiries led us on a path of discovery that continues to shape our artistic practice today.
